At OPALVAY, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect every order before dispatch, but if you experience any issues with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
If you receive a product that does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

All original packaging, labels, and accessories must be included.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

The refund will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We understand that sometimes a replacement may be needed.
Exchange requests are accepted under the following conditions:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.
